The new book says the company in its ongoing bid to enter the market is using a new design for its new store in Richmond as well as "new technology including a new glass-trash, digital packaging, a new technology for the new display of goods and a number of new product lines and solutions for the retailer."
"The new glass-trash features the presence of a new glass screen in both the new stores and the shop floor making it accessible for customers with mobility problems on foot, and the new products are compatible with all key product lines including Home Depot, Home Depot Rookies, Home Depot Crop Tools, Carpage, Salford, Home Depot Rookies, Sesame, Fresh Leaf Farm and the store has more than 100 products listed," wrote J.W. McShane, president and chief executive officer of The New York Times.
"The product line features a new technology with a new glass display, and there is no warranty on the glass display. All the stores have standard and limited warranty policy and also you have no access to the items included in the shopping cart through online shopping," McShane said.
The U.S. retail store will offer an assortment of low- and high-end items, including furniture and toiletries, to customers who want to order from store.
